The Law Firm of Jennifer Mouton Robinson has been representing individual impacted by eminent domain, statutory condemnation, or inverse condemnation.  For over 15 years, the firm has been representing Texas landowners who are facing a condemnation or the taking of their property by a governmental entity or pipeline company. 

 

The firm has helped numerous clients throughout the state of Texas fight for their property rights against an unwanted or unfair taking and obtain the maximum compensation possible after the government seizes or otherwise takes their property for public use.

 

Jennifer Mouton Robinson grew up in Houston Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an Economics Degree.  She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist School of Law.  She began her legal career representing governmental entities in Eminent Domain Actions.  She represented various governmental entities for over 10 years.  She then began her own firm representing landowners who found themselves impacted by a taking from a governmental entity or pipeline company.  She wanted to make sure that the rights of landowners were being protected during the condemnation process.  She has tried cases in the county courts, district courts, appeal courts and even agued a case in the Texas Supreme Court.
